Terms of Use - Anton Meleshkevich

1. Acceptance

By using meleshkevich.com or purchasing a product listed on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy the products.

2. The website

This site is a portfolio and storefront for Anton Meleshkevich's color grading work and tools. Its text, images, and code are provided as-is. You may browse and link to it freely; you may not copy its design, code, or written content for your own site without permission.

Some pages embed third-party content (YouTube video players) or link out to third-party services (Gumroad for purchases, Web3Forms and hCaptcha for the contact form). Anton Meleshkevich isn't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties — see their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Digital products

MEOW (LUT pack) and Look Hedgehog (DCTL) are digital files sold through Gumroad. When you buy one:

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own color grading work, including paid client and commercial projects.
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the files themselves — as a standalone product, bundled with other tools, or repackaged under a different name — whether for free or for payment.
You may not claim authorship of the LUTs or DCTL, or represent them as your own tool.
Rendered footage graded using these tools is entirely yours — no attribution or licensing fee is owed on the output.

4. No refunds

Because these are files that can be copied instantly and can't be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final — no refunds. If you're unsure whether a look will suit your footage, send sample stills before buying and they'll be graded for you to check first.

5. No warranty

The LUTs, DCTL, and any information on this site (including setup guidance) are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Results depend on your footage, camera, and color pipeline. Anton Meleshkevich isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of these products or this site, including lost time, lost revenue, or project delays.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the site or products after an update means you accept the revised terms.
